Eduardo Garza T. had bought in August 1996, in a joint venture with Scot Forge, the Detroit, Michigan plant, which he had dreamed of since 1976. There he had seen a rolling machine at work for the first time; That was the beautiful plant that had given him the vision of what he wanted FRISA to look like and which had led him to invest in the first Wagner rolling machine. Twenty years later he had been able to buy it and turn it into Ringmasters. The dream had come true, twice.
