The office of María Luisa Lépina, Director of Promotion of the National Quality Award, issued on December 11, 1995, mentioned the following as solid areas of the organization: “an approach to offering superior value to its customers; an organization in which a high participation of its personnel prevails in the strategic and operational planning processes, as well as in the improvement process; adequate systems integrated to the routine operation in the main areas of the organization with a tendency to self-control, and the use of sources and databases for the administration and improvement of its processes ”.

Eduardo Garza T. and Amador Celedón received the National Quality Award from President Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de León, and Eduardo was selected by the award organizers as the guest speaker for the event. The satisfaction of the staff was very great, since the recognition meant the crowning of the efforts begun four years earlier.
